Each 1,000 square foot condo is custom made to perfectly match the behavior of a cat. While the condo will appear similar in appearance to a standard home, it will have tall vertical planes and nooks that are imperative to good behavioral health for a colony of cats. |

Cats will have the ability to travel to every room
through a system of vertical rafters (including the elevated outdoor
enclosure) and never have to touch the floor. Large windows and
ample napping sites have been designed to give each colony (15-20
cats) the perfect environment to live happy and rehabilitate in
a safe environment.
