Maz is a new Sanctuary guest for most of our ferrets, but he is actually Lucien’s littermate! They lived in the same home, and Our Companions was contacted to re-home both ferrets due to an impending move. Lucien and Maz were supposed to stay together, but upon surrender, the family had found an alternative solution for Maz at the time. Unfortunately, the situation for Maz did not last – but fate aligned and we had a spot to offer him instead, and reunite the brothers.
The brothers instantly clicked despite their time apart and are living happily together in our ferret room. Maz is already showing off his adorable, gentle and sweet personality! We are looking forward to getting to know him even more and seeing the littermates thrive together!
