Angel comes to us from a local municipal shelter where she was abandoned at a motel. She was startled when they first entered her room, but after the leash was put on her, she happily went out to the animal control van and jumped in. Angel is a purebred Boxer and looks like she had puppies prior to her arriving to our Sanctuary in 2023 at about 2 years old. She’s been enjoying all of the walks, hikes, and play yard time at the Sanctuary, and especially loves snuggle time on the couch with her friends! Our team has been diligently working on housebreaking her to help prepare her for a home. Otherwise, she is very sweet, friendly, and has even started to take group walks with a few other doggy guests at our Sanctuary!
