Helpline Volunteer

Volunteers for the Our Companions Animal Helpline respond to thousands of calls from the public a year and give advice on animal-related issues. Each opportunity requires volunteers to be comfortable speaking to clients, coaching through challenging situations and offering positive solutions. Daily computer access (not tablet) is required. Minimum time commitment is approximately 5 hours per week.  Volunteers must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older.  An orientation and training program is required for this opportunity.
