Peaches

Peaches and her sister, Hannah, both arrived to our Sanctuary after their owner moved to an assisted living facility. They were initially estimated to be around 17 years old and during their first couple of days with us, it was clear that Hannah was in poor health. A visit to the vet revealed that Hannah had numerous mammary tumors throughout her body, a few that had burst open, and it was recommended by the vet to help her pass. Peaches was lonely without her sister, but has adapted well with the company of our lovely staff and volunteers. Further evaluation at the vet discovered she’s more closely to 10 years of age when she arrived to our Sanctuary. She has since been spayed, healing well, and will be promoted up for adoption very soon!
