Opening in the summer of 2024, Suzanne’s Place, was specially designed with species-specific housing for small animals such as rabbits, ferrets, and guinea pigs. It was made possible by David Foster in honor of his aunt Suzanne Foster Stone who was a lifelong lover of all animals. These often overlooked animals will be able to get care tailored to their specific needs – with rooms built and designed for each species.

This cottage will also welcome younger volunteers to participate in the care and maintenance of the animal guests, providing a special opportunity for educating the next generation of animal lovers.
